FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Foot reflexology is a serious foot massage, usually lasting one hour, although even 30 minutes is effective. EVERY part of your body is connected to your feet. When you receive this massage, your whole body benefits. It improves your circulation, and helps bring the functioning of each part, system, organ, and gland, into balance. It also relaxes you by putting your nervous system into the parasympathetic mode (the same mode that you go into after eating a good meal) – this allows your body to repair and reset itself. HAND REFLEXOLOGY
Having your hands massaged is very emotionally soothing, as well as therapeutic. Again, your whole body’s functioning is affected as all of your reflex points are touched upon. Those with pain or stiffness in their hand’s tissues or joints usually experience much relief.
CHAIR MASSAGE
This is an upper body, fully clothed, 30-minute massage. It targets the back, shoulders, neck, head, arms, and hands. Swedish and acupressure techniques are used. Very much appreciated in the workplace!
